Background
Before Mel joined us, she was already an MDRT achiever in her first year. However, she felt that the way she conducted her sales was still all over the place, based on “feelings” and very much dependent on the flow of the conversation. While she was naturally an individual that is well liked and trusted, she didn’t want to rely on that but rather operate from a place of professionalism, systems and structure.
The Process
We dived deep into her daily activities and her sales proccesses. Afterwhich, we came up with a structure on she can systemise her sales and prospecting process, knowing exactly what to say, the flow of questions to ask so that she knows with certainty, the kind of results she can expect from it.
Because of the structure, she achieved a whole new level of certainty and peace… even though she’s a lot of more busy with the additional appointments and referrals.
The Results
As a combination of our guidance and Mel’s effort, she doubled her MDRT count in the same year.
And to quote Mel, “… I just feel like I’m in a better place with AAS”.
