Background
Initially, Joanne hired marketing agencies to provide her with “quality” leads to help her in her production. She spent thousands of dollars on marketing and worse still, the leads inflow wasn’t that quality and she struggled to close as well. This resulted in her not being able to generate cash inflow fast enough to pay off for the marketing.
She also started to realise that she was not only wasting money, but also time in multiple appointments and follow-ups which usually lead to “ghosting”.
The Process
We immediately knew that while the quality of the leads was a factor in her low production, there was another issue of her sales process and skills.
Joanne heeded our advice, and we helped her to refine her LinkedIn prospecting process for her to set more appointments. She was actually doing LinkedIn prior to this, with the resources provided by her manager but the results weren’t as desirable.
We further refined the way she presented, and improved her closing and pre-framing skills through our sales framework.
The Results
She doubled down on LinkedIn, and just barely a month into doing this, she had more than 28 quality leads, with a 35% show up rate.
With her refined sales process, she closed a total of near $7,000 commissions within 2 months, all without any form of paid advertisements.
